Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards to guarantee a safe, clean environment for both staff and customers. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining profitability through effective cost controls. Qualifications
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere. Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to build, motivate, and lead teams. Solid experience in budget management and financial analysis to drive profitability. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both staff and customer relationships effectively. 3+ years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments. $60,000 - $100,000 per year
