Full Time Job Summary and Responsibilities:
Physician Pathways Program participants are assigned to a mentor who provides advice and guidance throughout the program. Participants are expected to dedicate 1-3 hours per month to activities that help them learn to operate and thrive as full-time physicians within Kelsey-Seybold. Position Highlights:
This is a temporary role for physician residents/fellows interested in a full-time position after residency or fellowship. Kelsey-Seybold will educate and prepare physicians for next-generation population health models in a top-tier patient and provider setting. The program will be conducted at Kelsey-Seybold facilities and/or virtually, with exposure to primary or specialty care in a team-based environment, requiring a few hours per month. Our culture emphasizes clinical innovation and transformation, aiming to influence national change while maintaining our community-focused approach. Compensation:
Physician Residents will receive an adjusted annual salary. Qualifications:
M.D. or D.O. Transitioning into their final year of residency or fellowship, or early in their final year. Kelsey-Seybold Clinic accepts H-1B Visas. About Kelsey-Seybold Clinic
