Golisano Children’s Hospital of SW FL – Lee Health is seeking a Pediatric Endocrinologist. Lee Physician Group (LPG) – Pediatric Endocrinology is looking for a full-time BC/BE Pediatric Endocrinologist to join its busy and growing practice. This group of Endocrinologists and Nurse Practitioners provides a full range of clinical services for conditions such as diabetes, growth disorders, puberty disorders, adrenal and thyroid gland disorders, and obesity. Call will be 1:5. Position is mostly outpatient. The group has a collaborative approach and has on staff a diabetic educator, social worker, psychologist, nutritionists, growth hormone nurse and pharmacy techs. The practice is recognized by the ADA as a Center of Diabetes Education. Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida is a state-of-the-art pediatric facility that delivers vital and lifesaving care for children and their families throughout the region. The 135-bed regional hospital cares for children across five counties and is the only children’s hospital between Tampa and Miami. It has a 16-bed PICU and a 70-bed NICU with 24-hour in-house Neonatology coverage. Responsibilities

Provide outpatient pediatric endocrinology care and participate in on-call duties at a 1:5 rotation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including a diabetic educator, social worker, psychologist, nutritionists, growth hormone nurse and pharmacy staff. Deliver comprehensive evaluation and management of diabetes, growth disorders, puberty disorders, adrenal and thyroid disorders, and obesity. Contribute to patient education and care coordination in a Center of Diabetes Education recognized by the ADA. Qualifications
