Our growing network of Ambulatory Surgery Centers in Maitland, FL is seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to provide high-quality anesthesia services as an independent contractor. Daytime hours only – no call, nights, weekends, or holidays Essential Responsibilities
Deliver safe, efficient anesthesia for a standard ASC case mix: Orthopedics, Spine, Pain Management, Podiatry, Cardiac (pacemaker implants) Practice independently and supervise CRNAs when required, maintaining collaborative teamwork. Conduct thorough pre-operative evaluations and post-operative assessments. Adhere to all facility protocols, patient-safety guidelines, and regulatory standards. Ensure accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR). Demonstrate reliable, punctual attendance to keep daily schedules running smoothly. Requirements
MD or DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency. Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Anesthesiology. Unrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start). Current BLS and ACLS certifications. ASC experience preferred; strong inpatient practitioners with an interest in outpatient care are welcome to apply. Why Join Our Team?
