Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda is committed to the professional and personal development of our family of associates, offering paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community.
Responsibilities
You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
Lead and develop store staff to drive store performance and guest satisfaction.
Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
Qualifications
High school diploma required
Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Pay Range: $26.23 per hour - $29.23 per hour. Within the range, pay is determined by location and experience. Panda reserves the right to modify or terminate any bonus programs at any time, with or without notice.
