The Technical Program Manager (Manager level) is responsible for coordinating and delivering technology-driven marketing projects across our client portfolio. This role requires excellent organizational skills, technical fluency, and the ability to connect creative, media, analytics, and technology teams to deliver on time and on budget. You’ll partner with senior program leaders, account managers, and technical specialists, acting as the connective tissue that keeps projects aligned and clients informed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Coordination: Manage day-to-day execution of technical and digital marketing projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met. Client Support: Serve as a key point of contact for clients on delivery updates, ensuring communication is clear and proactive. Planning: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and task assignments in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Tracking & Reporting: Monitor progress, identify risks, and provide regular status reports to internal teams and clients. Technical Enablement: Work with analytics, media, and creative teams to ensure proper implementation of marketing technologies (e.g., tagging, tracking, integrations). Process Support: Apply program management best practices and contribute to building delivery frameworks within the agency. Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges, escalate issues when needed, and propose solutions that keep programs on track. Collaboration: Partner closely with senior program leaders to support larger, multi-workstream initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS
6+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally within a marketing, advertising, or technology environment. Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows, media ecosystems, or marketing technology platforms. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet). Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills — comfortable coordinating across teams and presenting updates to clients. Basic technical fluency (analytics platforms, tagging, CRM, martech) — not an engineer, but able to “speak the language.” Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project management approaches a plus. Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
