ROLE: SME-SOFTWARE PRODUCT MANAGEMENT LEAD/Architect/Developer REQUIRED: Currently Active Secret Clearance Ability to work onsite in DC proper, and travel to the U.S. SE on occasion. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or math (STEM) discipline. A minimum of 12 years of (SME/Senior level) DoD Software Architecture and Development experience, including experience architecting, developing, deploying, and maintaining high-availability, mission-critical, and multi-service defense systems and capabilities. A minimum of nine years of experience supporting end-to-end iterative software development product sprint development processes and product release launches. The applicable experience should include defining and prioritizing Epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on customer and business needs, data, and feedback. Proficient in communicating and presenting product backlogs, metrics, strategies, and roadmaps to technical scrum teams and non-technical stakeholders. STRONGLY : FEDSIM experience and Office of Personnel & Readiness experience. A current Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) credential, Scrum Alliance (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner), or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) credentials (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Product Owner/Manager). Experience supporting the DoD or Military Service Department CMA mission areas. A minimum of three years of AWS GovCloud and DoD CC SRG experience. DESCRIPTION:
