The RoleAnyscale is looking for a Manager-level HR Business Partner who can be both a strategic advisor and a hands-on operator. This is a player-coach opportunity—youu2019ll partner closely with our cross-functional leaders to design people strategies, while also rolling up your sleeves to execute programs, resolve issues, and help teams move faster.

What Youu2019ll Do- Partner with leaders across engineering, product, and go-to-market to align people strategy with business goals
- Coach managers on leadership, performance, feedback, and team health.
- Lead and execute core HR programs (performance reviews, compensation cycles, engagement surveys, DEI initiatives)
- Tackle employee relations with empathy, pragmatism, and sound judgment
- Use data and insights to drive decisions and proactively address trends
- Collaborate across Recruiting, L&D, and People Ops to create a seamless employee experience
- Champion Anyscaleu2019s values and help embed them into everyday practices
- 5+ years of total HR experience
- 3+ years as an HRBP
- 1+ years experience in HR operations
- Experience in fast-paced tech or startup environments
- Equally comfortable being strategic and hands-on — you donu2019t shy away from the details
- Trusted coach and advisor to managers at all levels
- Skilled at building relationships, influencing without authority, and earning trust quickly
- Confident using data to tell a story and guide decisions
- Energized by ambiguity and passionate about building systems that scale
