What You’ll Do
As the Accounting Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Serving as a strategic partner to the executive team with actionable, data-driven insights.

  • Leading and developing a high-performing finance and accounting team.

  • Managing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow to support sustainable growth.

  • Tracking financial KPIs and identifying opportunities to optimize performance.

  • Overseeing daily accounting operations, including inventory and cost accounting.

  • Working cross-functionally to streamline processes and drive efficiency.

  • Maintaining compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and industry standards.

  • Anticipating and mitigating financial risks proactively.

What You Bring

  • A passion for contributing to a company’s growth and success.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA/CPA preferred).

  • At least 8 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.

  • In-depth knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance.

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).

  • A proven track record of building and leading strong teams.

  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
