We are seeking a Sales Executive with proven experience selling wholesale consumer goods directly to retail buyers. This role is about building relationships, managing large-volume orders, and expanding distribution into department stores, specialty retailers, and mass merchants. You’ll be the face of CSG in the retail market, driving sales and representing top-tier global brands.

Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with retail buyers across multiple categories
- Prospect and secure new business with department stores, specialty chains, and big-box retailers
- Schedule and conduct buyer meetings through targeted outreach and networking
- Deliver compelling product presentations that highlight brand value and drive sell-in
- Provide ATS (available-to-sell) updates and manage inventory reporting for retailers
- Partner with internal design, production, and logistics teams to ensure orders are delivered on time and to specification
- Anticipate and address potential production or delivery issues, keeping buyers informed
- Serve as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and proactive communication
- Track sales performance against targets, reporting results and opportunities
- Minimum 3–5 years of wholesale sales experience selling directly to retail buyers
- Strong record of success in securing and growing retail accounts
- Established relationships or network within department stores, specialty chains, or mass retail is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience collaborating with design, production, and factory teams a plus
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
