Salary Range (US): $156,000 – $216,000 base + equity + benefits

As a Lifecycle Marketing Lead, you’ll drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization. The role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and engineering—requiring both technical know-how and strategic marketing experience. You’ll own lifecycle campaigns end-to-end via CRM tools (notably Iterable).
- Own & optimize lifecycle programs across in-app and CRM (Iterable), with agency support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Eng, Data, Brand, Design) to develop and scale acquisition and retention strategies.
- Build best practices for user engagement through notifications, email, product messaging, etc.
- Partner with technical teams to advance CRM tooling, attribution, and marketing automation systems.
- 8+ years in CRM, Growth, or Lifecycle Marketing
- Hands-on expertise in CRM platforms — Iterable preferred
- Track record of global campaign execution and CRM program success
- Skilled at navigating cross-functional collaboration (with product, engineering, marketing, data)
- Strong data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action
- Direct influence on the gaming and community ecosystem
- Work on high-impact, multichannel growth strategies
- Help shape the CRM infrastructure of a platform used by millions globally
