Here is a brief description of what we are looking for:
- Fluent with Mac desktop support, and some Windows.
- Printer & plotter troubleshooting.
- Calm under pressure when presenting to an audience.
Must/should be familiar with:
- Google apps
- Office 365
- Slack
- Intune
- Okta
- Jira
- Onboarding & offboarding
- Python & Bash scripting to automate (nice to have)
- Skills: Mac, OKTA, JAMF
- Top Skills Details: Mac, OKTA, JAMF
- Onsite 5 days a week. 9:30am - 5:30pm (flexible for the right candidate).
- Support different operating systems (Windows & Linux) with opportunities for automation and scripting (Python & Bash).
- 6-month project with a run book to follow; onsite office presence required.
- Assist with onboarding applications and onboarding into the procurement environment (approximately 20-30 applications).
- Cyber security liaison and third-party risk analysis coordination with procurement.
- Some IT support and vendor management experience.
- Filling out forms and obtaining contacts for cyber security.
- Experience level: Intermediate
- Prior experience with IT support, vendor management, and application onboarding is preferred.
- Pay range: $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
