Skills, Traits and CompetenciesOffice 365 Certified: Administrator Expert is requiredProven experience administering Microsoft 365 (licenses, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Microsoft Office, and cloud platformsFamiliarity with Monday.com, Dropbox, and other common small-business tools a plusAbility to work independently and respond promptly to requestsExcellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approachContractor ExpectationsRespond to support requests within agreed-upon timeframes (e.g., 2448 hours)Track hours and provide monthly invoice for work completedMaintain confidentiality and follow organizational security practicesBring forward recommendations for improving IT systems and processes
