About the Role: Day shift 7-4 PM Mon-Fri on-site 4 days a week (first 90 days 5 days a week) Downtown SF. What You’ll Do

As a CBRE Facilities Supervisor, supervise the team that coordinates with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are complete. Supervise the Facilities Management function, focusing on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets and providing support to the Property Managers regarding repairs and investment plans. Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Serve as point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers by ensuring procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood and implemented. Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment. Review data from work order reports and present performance and progress reports to management; suggest improvements for efficiency. Design and oversee schedules for cleaning and disinfecting the building. Conduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors. Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses. Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to achieve team objectives; establish new techniques when needed. Impact team and related teams’ objectives; ensure personal and team outcomes positively impact customer objectives. Lead by example and model behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values; guide the team through application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures; work to build consensus. What You’ll Need

High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred. In-depth understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own function and basic knowledge of related functions. Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Excellent organizational skills with a proactive, inquisitive mindset. Exceptional math skills; ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and markups. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future. The minimum salary for the Facilities Supervisor position is $68,000 annually and the maximum is $120,000 annually. The offered compensation will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
