Financial Analysts ensure that Google makes sound financial decisions. As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. Working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to take on big picture challenges. As someone who knows the workings of the core Finance team inside and out, you'll lead individual projects to transform planning, tracking and control processes. You'll provide senior level management with insightful recommendations, planning and reporting support. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Be a Sales Finance professional, who enjoys wearing both (Finance and Business) hats in order to balance short and long term financial and non-financial goals. Influence without authority, and know how to explain finance jargon to non-finance people in order to drive cross team alignment. Partner closely with Go-to-Market teams to develop business plans, insights, and strategies. Drive process and productivity improvements, pricing governance, spend management, and resource allocation to maximize ROI. Influence executive-level decision-making with deep investigative insights and presentations. Provide overall finance support to the broader commercial finance team and other ad hoc projects. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in Budget Management, Budget Planning, Financial Analysis, Financial Planning. Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards. Preferred qualifications
Excellent Financial Forecasting, Business Communication, SQL and Financial Modeling skills. Excellent problem-solving, financial modeling, and analysis skills.
