Primary Care Physician Orlando, FL Compensation: $240,000+ with Full Benefits
Base Salary: $230,000 Annual Bonus Potential: Up to $10,000
Qualifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) National Institutes of Health (NIH) Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Active unencumbered Florida Family Medicine or Internal Medicine state license Graduate from a fully accredited MD or DO program One year of work experience as a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician One year of EMR experience Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (BC/BE preferred) Bilingual - Spanish speaking Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care Excellent communication and teamwork skills
SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills. Participates in relevant continuing education programs. Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients. Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise. A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital. Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.

Seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our established and growing Family Practice in Orlando, Florida.

Key Details:
Patient Volume: 25-30 patients per day Support Team Includes: Front Desk, Scheduler, Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
