We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Entity and Compliance Manager (LATAM) to lead and manage our local entity establishment and ongoing compliance activities across the LATAM region. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operational setup, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional coordination with HR, Legal, Tax, and other departments. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate Entity Setup: Oversee the full lifecycle of legal entity establishment in LATAM countries, working closely with HR, Legal, Tax, Finance, and external consultants. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all local entities meet ongoing regulatory, tax, labor, and corporate compliance requirements across jurisdictions. Contract Review & Guidance: Review, provide input, and manage key local contracts such as distribution agreements, 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) contracts, and vendor agreements to align with corporate standards. Process Standardization & Documentation: Share knowledge and best practices across regions; drive the development and implementation of standardized processes for entity setup and compliance management. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a central point of contact between internal teams and external advisors to ensure alignment on local entity operations and compliance activities. Risk Mitigation: Identify potential legal, operational, and regulatory risks in entity operations and propose appropriate mitigation strategies. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in legal entity setup, corporate compliance, or international operations—preferably in LATAM markets. Strong understanding of regulatory environments in LATAM countries. Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including HR, Legal, Tax, and external advisors. Hands-on experience reviewing commercial contracts (especially Distribution & 3PL agreements). Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus). Self-starter with a global mindset and attention to detail. Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this position is between $90,000.00 and $115,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
