Overview
Senior Echocardiograph Technologist at Providence Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, CA. This position is Full-Time and will work 8-hour Day shifts. Under minimal supervision, operates cardiac ultrasound equipment to produce optimal echocardiograph images for diagnostic evaluation of chamber measurements, blood flow characteristics, and cardiac function for neonate, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Responsibilities
Perform echocardiographic examinations and obtain diagnostic-quality images for evaluation of chamber measurements, blood flow characteristics, and cardiac function across neonate, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and image quality. Communicate and collaborate with physicians for interpretation and documentation of findings. Required Qualifications
Completion of a Cardiovascular ultrasound program and coursework/education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements. National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCCI) upon hire. National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) upon hire. National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire. 2 years of experience working with neonate, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. 1 year OR and Cath Lab experience. Preferred Qualifications
