Overview
Anchor Academy – Berkley Campus is a special education, therapeutic day school that serves students ages 10–22 with complex trauma histories and related educational and behavioral needs. The program uses ARC (Attachment, Self-Regulation, and Competency) and BCC (Building Communities of Care) treatment frameworks to build emotion regulation, personal strengths, and healthy relationships. Certified special education teachers provide curricula aligned with the Massachusetts Curriculum Framework. The role is for a Program Director who will lead a dynamic clinical team and contribute a passionate, energetic approach while working with our youth. Responsibilities
Provide oversight and leadership to the staff, including clinical and nursing services, ensuring trauma-informed, state-of-the-art care across all domains for youth and families. Offer strategic leadership toward the program’s mission and vision; supervise Anchor Academy – Berkley Campus Administrative Team, including Clinical and Nursing Directors; oversee all services to youth and families (residential, educational, and clinical). Ensure operations of all youth services and supports comply with licensing and regulatory requirements. Why JRI?

Must be 21 years of age. Master’s degree preferred in psychology, education, social work, or related field from an accredited college or university. At least three years of experience in a residential treatment program with at least three years in a management role. Valid driver’s license; transporting students is required. Willingness to work evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts as required. Commitment to providing a safe therapeutic atmosphere for our students. Background and driving record checks will be performed.
