Seeking a seasoned BFSI leader with 20+ years of experience, including 10+ years in senior leadership, to drive
large-scale digital transformation programs
across Banking, Insurance, and Lending. The role combines
P&L ownership, strategic delivery, and business growth . Responsibilities
Lead
medium to large-scale digital transformation programs
(50–400+ members, multi-geo, multi-year). Define platform vision, Agile operating model, and KPI tracking for teams and delivery. Drive
business acquisition, client engagement, and contract renewals . Build, mentor, and manage high-performing multidisciplinary teams. Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and audit readiness. Oversee cloud/on-premises, microservices, AI/ML, and digital platform solutions. Key Skills & Expertise
BFSI domain expertise: Banking, Insurance, Retail Lending. Experience in
P&L management, project strategy, and delivery of multi-million-dollar programs . Agile transformation, platform ownership, KPI-driven delivery. Tools: Azure DevOps, Confluence, Clarity; technologies: Java, .NET, Mobile, Cloud, AI/ML. Global delivery experience: USA, SEA, Europe, Australia, MEA, India. Qualifications
Proven track record in
leading large teams, multi-geo program delivery, and achieving profitability and CSAT targets . Strong strategic, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
