Executive Chef , you will oversee all culinary functions for a dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates and ensure all safety and sanitation standards are met. Your responsibilities include: Key Responsibilities: Manage cost controls and expenditures for the account Plan and create menus Purchase supplies and manage inventory Implement new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams Qualifications Culinary degree preferred Three to five years of culinary management experience Experience in high-volume production and catering is essential Previous experience managing cost controls Desire to learn and grow with a top-tier foodservice company
