Dentist needed in Cullman AL

General Dentist needed in Cullman, AL \- Graduated from an accredited school \- Must be able to obtain Alabama Licensure \- Clean record (no issues that would hinder the ability to practice, such as a revoked or suspended license, CSC, or DEA) \- Must have CSC and DEA (due to the need to write prescriptions) \- CPR Certified \- Full-time, Monday through Friday (8 am to 5 pm) \- See some children (most will go to a pediatric dentist) \- Experience with an electronic patient management system (currently using Epic) \- Must be computer literate (no scribes available) \- See 20+ patients per day (both walk-ins and appointments) \- Must be able to obtain Medicare, BC, and Medicaid numbers \- May occasionally need to work at another location within the network About the COMP & BENEFITS \- Salaried Position \- Salary is not tied to production, provided daily patient goals are met as outlined by the Dental Director \- Minimum 3-year contract, with a 6-month probationary period \- 15 Vacation Days \- 5 Sick Days \- 5 CME Days \- $1,200 CME allowance \- 10 Holidays \- Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance \- Term Life Insurance \- Long-Term Disability and AD Insurance \- 401K \- Moving Expenses
