Pediatric Hospitalist Opportunity: FTE and moonlighting opportunities available

Position Overview: Board certified/Board eligible in Pediatrics Provide onsite inpatient medical care for newborns, infants, children, and adolescents with a broad range of conditions. Must have experience in emergency department consults, Special Care nursery rounding, and attendance at high-risk deliveries. Conduct comprehensive physical exams, order, and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans. Continuously monitor patient progress and update care plans as necessary. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team. Offer education and support to patients and families throughout the care experience. Teaching of medical students Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research. Use EPIC as the electronic health record system.
