early 2027 ! Position Highlights: Lucrative and foundational positions as part of IU Health’s strategic growth in Fort Wayne Brand new, accredited Ambulatory Surgery Center with designated Endoscopy suites Adjacent medical office building for outpatient practice Robust primary care referral base, serving over 375,000 residents Competitive compensation package, with potential earnings above the national average Practice in Indiana’s second-largest city, recognized as one of U.S. News & World Report’s Best Places to Live We opened a new, accredited ambulatory surgery center with dedicated endoscopy suites in southwest Fort Wayne in August 2021. We are recruiting qualified gastroenterologists to collaborate with primary care physicians, advanced practitioners, and clinical teams across four primary care sites to develop an outpatient gastroenterology service line based in the surgery center, with office space adjacent. Position Requirements: Strong diagnostic skills, exceptional endoscopic proficiency, compassionate team player Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology (American BC or BE) Fellowship training required Open to new graduates or experienced physicians Competitive compensation, including sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Compensation package may include salary guarantee, production incentives, CME/Dues, sign-on bonus/stipend, loan forgiveness, and relocation support Fort Wayne, Indiana's
