Job Overview: The Human Resources Business Analyst - IV will play a critical role in supporting the HRIS team, which is responsible for the strategy and implementation of employee and manager systems solutions globally. This position focuses on Workday Recruiting and involves managing systems projects end-to-end, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and configuring Workday to meet organizational needs. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with the functional recruiting team, HRIS partners, and IT to manage systems projects from start to finish. Oversee the recruiting process, including needs assessment, product design, development, testing, and implementation. Translate business requirements into Workday solutions with clear technical specifications. Configure Workday Recruiting as per requirements and design specifications. Manage status reporting to ensure timely delivery of results. Plan and test system enhancements and troubleshoot production issues. Train the HRIS recruiting team on advanced configuration as needed. Participate in Workday recruiting strategy and transformation sessions to create and refine business processes. Establish strong, results-oriented partnerships with internal customers and stakeholders. Communicate effectively with strategic partners and present findings to leadership. Qualifications:
Seven or more years of relevant work experience. Proven project management experience. Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Framework. Ability to create and modify complex recruiting business processes. Experience configuring complex Workday Recruiting business processes. Proficiency in recommending streamlined, user-friendly, automated solutions for complex problems. Ability to develop moderate to complex prototypes in sandbox environments to visually illustrate Workday recruiting requirements. Experience creating condition rules and validation conditions. Proficiency in writing and executing Workday test scenarios. Experience with Workday Report Writer tool for building custom reports. Understanding of configurable security, constrained vs. unconstrained security groups, domains, and default roles. Ability to research and resolve issues with minimal direction.
Desired Skills:
Experience in HRIS or IT. Familiarity with Workday Adoption Planning. Experience with Agile methodology. Familiarity with JIRA or other ticketing systems. Experience with Workday mobile device accessibility. Experience with AI technologies.
Education/Certifications:
A Bachelor's Degree is a plus. Workday Pro (Recruiting) certification is a plus.

$70hr - $75hr on w2
