Aug 7, 2025 CRYLO is building the world’s first AI-powered crypto wealth manager for everyday investors - combining diversified portfolios (blue chips, staking, DeFi yields) with institutional-grade risk management. We’re pre-launch with an MVP and a global waitlist in motion. We’re hiring a Head of Global Marketing to own CRYLO’s go-to-market: brand narrative, growth engine, and demand generation across B2C (retail investors) and select B2B channels (partners/white-label). You’ll be a builder and operator—equally fluent in brand strategy, performance marketing, product marketing, and compliant financial comms. You’ll work directly with the Founder/CEO and product leadership to craft a category-defining brand. Your Responsibilities 1. Brand & Positioning Define CRYLO’s narrative, value prop, and messaging architecture for retail and partners. Build our visual and verbal identity (guidelines, tone, proof points, disclaimers). 2. Go-to-Market & Growth Design and own the pre-launch → launch → scale GTM plan (channels, budget, targets). Build acquisition programs across SEO/Content, Paid (Meta/Google/X), Referral/Ambassador, KOL/Influencer, partnerships, PR, and community. Stand up analytics, attribution, and CRO (landing pages, funnels, A/B tests). 3. Lifecycle & Community Own CRM/lifecycle (Brevo): welcome, education, countdown, launch, retention. Launch and moderate community (Discord/Telegram/LinkedIn/X) with a risk-aware playbook. 4. Product Marketing Partner with product to translate features into simple benefits (site, blog, help center). 5. PR & Thought Leadership Build media list and secure coverage; place op-eds/AMAs; coordinate with KOLs. Prep the CEO for talks, interviews, and LinkedIn/Twitter leadership. 6. Compliance & Trust Ensure all comms follow FINMA/SEC/MiCA advertising standards (risk language, no promises). Implement content approvals and record-keeping with Legal/Compliance. Recruit and manage freelancers/agencies (performance, content, design, video, PR). Own OKRs, budget, dashboards (GA4, Search Console, ad platforms, Mixpanel/Amplitude). Your Qualifications

7–12+ years in marketing leadership (fintech/crypto/finance strongly preferred). Full-stack marketing: brand + product marketing + performance + lifecycle + PR. Hands-on with SEO/Content, CRO, and paid channels (Meta, Google, X). Experience with KOL/influencer programs and referral/ambassador mechanics. Strong copywriter/editor with a bias to clarity and compliance (risk disclosures, T&Cs). Comfortable with data & experimentation: cohort analysis, LTV/CAC, funnel metrics. Regulated comms savvy: understands dos/don’ts for financial promotions. Leadership: builds small, high-output teams; manages agencies; sets crisp OKRs. Crypto/DeFi fluency (staking, DeFi lending, CeFi vs. DeFi, custody models) is a plus. Experience marketing to HNW segments and/or B2B partner channels is an advantage. Tools: GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, Hotjar, Mixpanel/Amplitude, Brevo/HubSpot, Webflow/Next.js basics, Figma; basic SQL a plus.
