Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Ideal candidates will be located in New York, NY, Chicago, IL, Atlanta, GA, or Indianapolis, IN.

Responsibilities
Lead larger scale or enterprise-wide engagement teams and complex projects that cross multiple business units while solving difficult challenges with known and unknown solutions.
Work independently to partner with business leaders and teams to scope, define and coordinate initiatives in support of business innovation and strategy.
Serve as an internal consultant to department leaders on the development and refinement of strategic plans.
Drive major corporate strategy and innovation initiatives as well as short and long-range planning processed enterprise-wide.
Develop and communicate corporate level strategies and opportunities to executives, including new business opportunities and competitive positioning.
Lead market analyses initiatives targeted to drive growth.
Develop and refine performance measures and internal/external benchmarks to support desired business outcomes.
Develop complex financial and investment models and participate inROI/analysis for team members and senior management while demonstrating thought leadership and execution on strategy.
Build relationships and demonstrate executive-level communication, engage in difficult conversations, provide engagement/project oversight, report on key metrics, and share status updates.
Facilitate large cross-functional working sessions, provide Continuous Improvement coaching, and mentor team members.
Travel may be required.
Minimum Requirements Requires a BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting, change management, large-scale project management and/or process improvement leadership; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences
Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
Management consulting or corporate strategy experience strongly preferred.
Healthcare services experience strongly preferred.
Excellent computer skills with fluency in key software, plus written, oral and presentation skills to influence senior executives.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, with demonstrated project management skills.
Master’s Degree preferred.
For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary range for this specific position is $134,816 to $220,608.
Locations: Illinois, New York
