Job Type: Full-time (minimum 35 clients per week) | Part-time (minimum 15 clients per week) Required Qualifications: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist License Illinois Early Intervention (EI) Credential or actively in the process of obtaining (we can assist) Experience as Speech Language Pathologist with children (birth to 3 years old) or with experience in communication (speech/language) or swallowing (eating/drinking) disorders or delays that would impact communication or feeding Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one speech-language therapy services to children (birth to age 3) in their natural environments (home or daycare) Conduct initial
evaluations/assessments,
six-month reviews, and discharge summaries in compliance with Early Intervention requirements Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) goals Monitor progress and adjust goals and interventions as needed Create and utilize play-based curriculum to support communication development Educate and empower families through home education programs Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company policies, State and Federal regulations, and professional standards
