A company in the Litchfield Park area is looking for a Project Estimator to join their team. This person will be responsible for estimating material, equipment, labor, and subcontractor costs for commercial construction projects. They will also be responsible for reviewing project plans and specifications, analyzing project requirements, scope of work, obtaining quotes from subcontractors, and developing project budgets.
Compensation: $100,000 to $140,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of experience in cost estimation and project analysis - Knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints - Strong analytical and mathematical skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating project costs - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Proficiency in construction estimating software - Experience estimating commercial projects from the ground up
