Overview Our client, located in downtown New York City, is seeking an assistant to their CEO. This position requires three days per week in the office, along with a Bachelor\'s degree and steady work history. Experience supporting a high-level/C-suite executive from a fast-paced company is required.

Calendar Management : Managing the CEO\'s calendar, scheduling appointments, and prioritizing meetings. Communication : Handling correspondence, drafting communications, and acting as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Travel Arrangements : Coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Meeting Preparation : Preparing briefing materials, agendas, and presentations for meetings. Project Management : Assisting with special projects, tracking action items, and following up on deadlines. Confidentiality : Maintaining strict confidentiality with sensitive information and exercising discretion in handling communications. Relationship Management : Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, investors, and partners.
