Join Mastercard as a Director/Senior Managing Consultant in Services Business Development for Global Fintech & B2B Service Providers. You will be part of the Digital Partner & Fintech Business Development team, driving growth with key customers and promoting Mastercard Services solutions to drive sales. Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of strategic clients, strengthen existing relationships and initiate new ones to generate and qualify opportunities.
Promote Mastercard Services solutions and support end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to contract execution.
Lead formal and informal pitches, tailor materials to audience needs, and drive engagement with stakeholders to align with business objectives.
Collaborate with engagement teams to define scope, structure project workplans, and solve problems in pursuit of client success.
Deliver compelling presentations with key insights and recommendations; coach and develop team members; seek ongoing knowledge to contribute to intellectual capital.
All About You
Significant B2B sales experience, preferably SaaS, data & analytics, and/or cybersecurity solutions.
Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets and quotas; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication; exceptional relationship management and networking abilities.
Ability to own and drive end-to-end sales including prospecting, scoping/pricing, business case development, contract development, client negotiation, and kickoff.
Experience managing projects and/or teams; knowledge of consumer and commercial payments is a plus.
High energy, initiative, multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.

Boston: $164,000-$262,000
Atlanta: $164,000-$262,000
Chicago: $164,000-$262,000
Purchase: $164,000-$262,000
Arlington: $164,000-$262,000
San Francisco: $164,000-$262,000
