First Keystone Community Bank, an independently owned community bank with 160 years of experience in banking and serving our local communities, is recruiting a retail and sales-oriented individual for a full-time Customer Service/Teller position based out of our Stroudsburg office located at 559 Main Street Stroudsburg. This position is approximately 38 hours per week, including Saturday mornings 8:30am - 12:15pm.
Ideal candidate will be a positive, pro-active, team player dedicated to our customers' needs. Successful candidate will be responsible for providing customers with direct service relating to bank products and services and will be required to identify customer needs and make referral to appropriate staff.
Applicants must enjoy working with the public; have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; good math and PC skills; and the ability to operate various office machines. A minimum of one year of experience in related positions along with a working knowledge of bank consumer products and services preferred.
