Your Role Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, crafting tailored treatment plans suited to their individual needs. Implement physical therapy techniques that target mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality. Work collaboratively with a diverse team including nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to enhance patient outcomes. Empower patients and their families with the knowledge of therapeutic objectives, discharge processes, and home exercise programs. Keep meticulous records of evaluations, treatments, and progress in alignment with internal protocols and regulatory standards. Engage in interdisciplinary care rounds and team conferences to ensure seamless coordination of care. Qualifications

Hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. Certifications

Possess a valid state license as a

Physical Therapist . CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory. Additional specialized certifications (e.g., in neurology or geriatrics) are advantageous, though not required. Skills & Experience

Previous clinical experience is strongly preferred. Adept at treating patients with a wide range of complex medical and mobility challenges. Exemplary communication and teamwork capabilities. Familiarity with digital charting and clinical documentation software. Why Join Us?
