Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ICU RN to join our healthcare team. This position involves caring for critically ill patients in a 14-bed ICU. The role includes responsibility for responding to rapid response calls and code blues throughout the facility.
Responsibilities
Manage care for patients with a variety of critical conditions including respiratory failure, sepsis, and acute cardiovascular issues. Perform advanced procedures such as intubation, central line management, and conscious sedation. Titrate medications and assist in cardioversion and bronchoscopies. Interpret telemetry and manage all aspects of patient care related to IV therapy and medication administration. Document patient care using the EPIC system. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
A minimum of 3 years clinical experience, including 3 years in an ICU setting. Current certifications in ACLS and BLS. Experience with EPIC documentation from within the last 2 years is mandatory. Must have reliable transportation. Why ARMStaffing?
