Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with critical care experience for a position in a Level I Trauma center. This role involves working with a diverse patient population, including adult trauma and critically ill patients in various intensive care units.
Responsibilities
Monitor and manage respiratory therapy needs for patients in adult trauma and burn units. Provide ventilator management and oxygen therapies. Assist with airway management procedures including intubation and extubation. Administer treatments for complex respiratory conditions, such as sleep-disordered breathing. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Must have a valid Washington State RRT license. At least 2 years of critical care experience within the last 12 months. BLS certification required; ACLS, NRP, and PALS preferred. Experience with adult trauma, burns, and complex patient needs is essential. Pediatric experience is preferred but not mandatory; open to training in pediatrics. Why ARMStaffing?
