Responsibilities
Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional satisfaction
Ask thoughtful questions to understand client needs & recommend the right vehicle
Conduct luxury vehicle demonstrations & test drives
Deliver vehicles while presenting features, warranties, and paperwork with professionalism
Maintain expert-level product knowledge on features, technology, accessories, and inventory
Collaborate with service & body shop departments to ensure timely reconditioning
Attend sales meetings and training (dealership & manufacturer)
Prospect new leads, follow up with past clients, and encourage referrals
Understand and comply with federal, state, and local laws governing retail auto sales
Promote dealership service department quality and value
Qualifications
Prior experience in
sales, customer service, or client-facing industries
preferred
Passion for delivering a
luxury-level customer experience
High-energy, outgoing, and professional personality
Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Must pass background check & drug screen
