Position Highlights The W. A. Franke Honors College is seeking candidates for an Operations Assistant. This position is responsible for submitting daily financial transactions in UAccess and through the UA Foundation. Work is completed independently with direction from the Business Administrator and Director of Finance and Administration. This person will assist in maintaining detailed financial records and ensuring the accuracy of submitted documentation and account reconciliation. This is an entry-level position; training will be provided, but prior experience working with UA systems or UA Foundation is preferred.

click here . Duties & Responsibilities

Financial: Reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure all necessary backup documentation is provided. Review documentation for financial accuracy, reconcile PCard transactions, process vendor payments, and employee reimbursements. Provide guidance to faculty and staff regarding business forms, supporting documentation, travel authorizations, and business processes. UA Foundation: Assist with processing payments/reimbursements for donor, alumni, and development related expenses. Workforce and Payroll Assist with time and payroll coordination. Assist with OPS forms and supp comp payments. Assist with employee on/off boarding. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or high school diploma equivalency is required. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working with UA systems or UA Foundation.
