Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and culturally agile Global Talent Partner to join our client's team on a 6-month contract with possible extensions . This role will be based in Las Vegas, NV (remote with occasional in-office meetings) and will be responsible for global recruiting and HR operations support across multiple regions including India, Macau, the Philippines, Australia, and Israel. The Global Talent Partner will lead full-desk recruiting, manage hiring dashboards, coordinate with global leaders, and provide general HR process support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, project-driven, and thrives in fast-paced, multi-cultural environments.

Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruiting across but not limited to technology, production, project management, installation, and technician roles. Partner with global teams (India, Macau, Philippines, Australia, Israel) to align recruiting and HR processes. Build and maintain global dashboards (Excel-based) to track requirements, candidate pipelines, and hiring status for leadership visibility. Source, filter, and screen candidates using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal systems. Coordinate with vendors and recruiting partners; escalate and resolve issues as needed. Support HR and process initiatives including organization, compliance, and global process alignment. Work closely with diverse leadership teams, navigating different management styles and cultures with diplomacy. Provide occasional after-hours support to accommodate global teams. Champion the company's culture, mission, and values in all interactions.

Qualifications

7+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition and HR operations experience, preferably in global/multi-region settings. Proven full-desk recruiting experience across diverse roles. Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, reporting dashboards). Experience with vendor/agency management and coordination. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence and collaborate across leadership teams. Cultural agility, with demonstrated experience working with India, Southeast Asia, or other international teams. Flexibility to provide occasional after-hours support for global collaboration.

Preferred Skills

HR generalist background (policy, process, compliance support). Exposure to HRIS/ATS systems. Experience scaling recruiting and HR functions in small to mid-sized global companies.
