Associate Data Management Specialist
to support our team in
Everett, Washington
or
Seattle, Washington
.
The Associate Data Management Specialist will support Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) in various activities related to product requirements, certification, configuration, and data management processes.
Position Responsibilities:
Maintain the quality of the Red Label Software and Hardware within the Parts Management Database
Process and route support requests from Design Engineering (DE), Ground Operations, and general Engineering lab
Troubleshoot and resolve potential issues arising from improper paperwork or non-adherence to the Red Label Process
Assess and resolve product/process issues throughout the product life-cycle
Lead research on technical, operational, and quality issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for root cause analysis
Develop and implement product/process improvements
Maintain an online database for part information and manage Red Label parts release
Support audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Associate's degree or higher
1+ years experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
1+ years of experience in customer support
Willingness to support a 24/7 on-call rotation
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience in customer support
Relocation:
This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
