Recruiting Account Executive

Salt Lake City, UT

Base salary $60K (DOE), + uncapped commission

UNLIMITED COMMISSION determined by relevant experience & based on Team and Company performance.

This position requires being in the office Monday - Friday. HOURS: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

We’re searching for a Recruiting Account Executive who’s bold, resourceful, and excited to connect skilled trades professionals with top-tier construction opportunities. You’ll be at the center of the action: partnering with our Outside Sales Team, clients, and workforce to make sure the right people show up on the right job, every time.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Own the full recruiting cycle – from sourcing and screening to onboarding and retaining top construction talent

• Place skilled tradespeople on real jobsites, not just paper trails

• Build strong client relationships and solve hiring challenges like a pro

• Document everything like a boss (our CRM loves real-time updates!)

• Collaborate daily with a driven team that celebrates wins and works through challenges together

What You Bring to the Table :

• Natural communicator with strong, confident, and upbeat energy

• Hustle + heart with a business-minded and service-driven approach

• Ability to build relationships quickly — from apprentices to Masters of their trade

• Engage in inside sales to reestablish relationships with dormant accounts and generate new opportunities

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment where every day is different

• Must be 21+ years of age
