Position Highlights:

• Join a physician-led, patient-centered team that emphasizes collaborative care
• Deliver care across the continuum, concentrating on value-based care supported by a robust team of specialists
• Engage in a variety of procedures, including skin surgeries, fracture care, joint injections, maternity care, and IUD placements
• Enjoy a full-time schedule with the option of working 4 or 4.5 days per week
• Open to Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physicians
• Comfortable working alongside advanced providers

Required Qualifications:

• Unrestricted medical licensure in Indiana or the ability to obtain it prior to starting
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
• Active and unrestricted DEA License or the ability to obtain it prior to starting

Compensation for this position generally ranges from $226,000 to $366,000. Total cash compensation, which includes base pay and bonus, depends on factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, and may increase over time based on productivity and performance. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase options, and a 401k plan, all subject to eligibility requirements.
