Base pay range: $226,000.00/yr - $366,000.00/yr. $30K Sign On Bonus for full-time external candidates.

Position Highlights

• Physician-led, patient-centered, team-based environment
• Provide care across the continuum, focusing on value-based care with a robust team of specialists
• Procedures may include simple skin surgery, fracture care, joint injections, maternity care, IUDs, etc.
• Full-time; schedule can be 4 or 4.5 workdays per week
• Open to BC/BE Internal Medicine physicians
• Must be comfortable working with advanced providers

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted medical licensure in Indiana or ability to obtain prior to start
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
• Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start

Salary range for Indiana residents is $226,000 to $366,000 per year. Total cash compensation at target.
