We’re looking for a self-motivated, experienced, and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our close-knit team long-term. Position Details: Part-time (approx. 30 hours/week) 3-day schedule: Tuesday–Thursday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM 90-minute new patient appointments to ensure personalized, unrushed care Supportive, drama-free, team environment Who We're Looking For: Minimum 3 years of hygiene experience Laser certification required (or willingness to obtain) Confident educating patients about oral health and periodontal care Friendly, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent patient experiences Your Responsibilities: 90-minute new patient visits Oral cancer screenings Full-mouth periodontal charting Digital X-rays, CBCTs, and intraoral photos Laser therapy (certification required) Sealant placement Blood pressure monitoring Scaling and root planing Sterilization of instruments and equipment Stock and manage hygiene room supplies Enter existing/current treatment needs into Dentrix If you're an exceptional RDH looking for a non-corporate practice where you’re treated like family and have the time to truly care for your patients, we’d love to meet you!
