Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking RN Home Health for multiple travel/contract positions in Fairfax, VA. We are accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Position Details:
Position Name: RN Home Health

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Pay Rate: $2320 to  $2400 weekly Gross Pay based on a 36-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Shifts available:  Days
Shift timings:  8-hr shifts, Days, 8 am – 5 pm
Schedule:  36 hours/week, Monday - Friday

Position Requirements:

• Home health RN experience - at least 12 months within the past 3 years
• OASIS – hands-on experience – required
• HCHB (Homecare Homebase) Charting - hands-on experience – required
• Experience with Charting and patient reporting
• Territories: Fairfax and Prince William County area and 50 mile radius
• RN License and AHA BLS

License and Certification Requirements:

• Active RN License for the state applying or Compact if allowed
• AHA BLS Provider certification.

Job Duties :

• Provide Nursing Care for Home Health Patients
• Assess, Monitor, and chart observations of the patient's condition at each visit
• Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs
• Administer Physician-prescribed medication
