What Youll Do:
- A high school diploma/GED (required)
- An associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
- At least 6 months of professional teaching experience (preferred)

What Youll Do:
- Lead with Love: Create a warm, safe, and structured classroom where children feel secure and excited to learn.
- Build Independence: Encourage self-help skills like handwashing, clean-up routines, and early potty training with patience and positivity.
- Spark Learning: Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum using engaging characters and hands-on activities that make learning fun and meaningful.
- Support Development: Observe and nurture each childs social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growthcelebrating milestones big and small.
- Partner with Families: Maintain open, thoughtful communication with parents through daily updates, progress reports, and warm conversations.
- Collaborate with Care: Work closely with fellow teachers to create a consistent, supportive environment across classrooms.
- Keep It Safe & Joyful: Follow health and safety protocols while keeping the classroom clean, organized, and full of cheerful energy.
