Your role as a IT Support Technician

As a Full Time IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the IT Administrator to facilitate system access for all users of our information technology services. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining and optimizing our healthcare network infrastructure, ensuring that our software stack, devices, and hardware function seamlessly. Additionally, you will manage our telephone infrastructure to ensure clear communication across the organization. This role is essential to providing excellent service within a professional, customer-focused environment while upholding our core values of problem-solving, excellence, and integrity. Your efforts will directly impact the quality of care we provide in the health care sector.

What you need to be successful

To be successful as an IT Support Technician at Missoula Bone & Joint and Surgery Center, candidates should possess a robust set of skills and qualifications. A Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, or a related field is essential, along with at least two years of relevant IT experience. Strong proficiency in Windows Server and Exchange is crucial, as is a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office. Familiarity with administering Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Power BI, and Project will be highly beneficial.
