This West Central Regional Manager reports to the DV2 Operations and Service Delivery Senior Manager in the EBS Infrastructure DV2 Directorate. The manager is responsible for the daily operations, service delivery, and management of Data staff supporting locations in the assigned region. This position provides leadership to the regional organization, including resource allocation, administrative responsibilities, resource prioritization, and labor planning. The position will be located at the Waterton, Sunnyvale, or Deer Creek facility. Specific Activities Include:

Overall management of administrative tasks associated with Data personnel supporting DV2 operations throughout the region. Coordination and execution of hiring, workforce planning, skill development, performance assessments, mentoring, merit planning, and disciplinary actions. Management and direction of Data, Voice, & Video systems installation, implementation, and maintenance. Support of Technical Solution Team efforts to meet customer requirements and sustain operations within the technology domain and region. Participation as a Technical Domain representative in governance activities (CAB, TRB, ORB, etc.). Development of continuous process improvements, automation, and lessons learned across technology domains. Operation skill planning, training, and staffing forecasts. Building strong relationships with EBS peers supporting other regions and technical teams. Basic Qualifications

Knowledge of enterprise Data, Voice, & Video technology realms including traffic flows, LAN, Voice, Video, WLAN, and WAN technologies. Experience in IT leadership within a large organization. Proven leadership of Data, Voice, & Video infrastructure teams. Effective project management skills for handling multiple projects. Ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels. Full Spectrum Leadership skills managing budgets, schedules, and resources. Support for a flexible work schedule. Effective virtual teaming skills and team motivation abilities. Ability to obtain an active DoD Secret clearance. Desired Skills

Agile leadership experience. ITIL Certification. Networking certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE, etc.). Business credibility and partnership skills with multiple business areas. Strong business acumen and technical-balance skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher. Additional Information
