We are looking for a member of a world-class regulatory team focused on regulatory excellence to support and manage supplemental registrations for Arxada and affiliated organizations. This team member will be ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while delivering a seamless and supportive experience to our clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of US EPA regulations, Arxada registrations and offering, understanding of regulatory frameworks, attention to detail with strong organization skills, and a passion for delivering first-class service.

Essential Job Functions:

This individual will focus on the following areas:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures for product area(s). Primary point of contact for customer supplemental registrations Prepare, submit, and monitor applications for supplemental registrations, label updates, with regulatory authorities. Ensure customer/3d party agreements/ documentation meets internal (Arxada Quality Management System) and external compliance standards. Liaise with regulatory agencies, business stakeholders, and customers to ensure timely approvals and resolve issues. Support internal and regulatory agency audits Clearly communicates in a timely manner Ensure all client interactions are professional and empathetic. Execute process improvement Familiarity with CRM/Salesforce or registration tracking software a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.

The expected salary range for this role is 83.000$ - 97.000$, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.

This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
