We're looking for an experienced
Quality Engineering Lead
to drive quality execution across
New Product Development (NPD)
and
New Product Introduction (NPI) . In this role, you'll ensure new consumer products meet quality, reliability, and performance standards through the full product lifecycle - from concept through launch.
You'll collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and cross-functional teams to identify design risks, validate specs, resolve issues, and embed lessons learned into future programs. What You'll Do Lead quality planning and execution for NPD/NPI projects across product categories (e.g., vacuums, kitchen appliances, skincare devices). Facilitate DFMEA, DFM, risk assessments, and test planning to ensure robust product design and launch readiness. Support design validation, tolerance analysis, and specification development. Drive root cause analysis and issue resolution (JIRA, 5 Whys). Conduct benchmarking, field return reviews, and implement lessons learned. Partner with global teams (US/Asia) to drive quality improvements and alignment. Present risk assessments and quality updates to senior leadership. Help develop a proactive, process-driven quality culture. What You Bring Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 8+ years in quality engineering, preferably in consumer products. 3+ years of design experience (mechanical or electrical). Expertise in DFMEA, SPC, MSA, Weibull, and other quality tools. Strong problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills. Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean certification (preferred). Comfortable working in fast-paced, global environments. Willingness to travel internationally (Asia/UK).
