Social Media Intern - Game-Day
for the 2026 season at Wisconsin Brewing Company Park in Oconomowoc, WI.
This internship provides hands-on experience managing social media content and marketing initiatives during home games and community appearances. You'll help capture and share the excitement of the DockHounds experience while learning how a professional sports franchise engages fans online.
Duties & Responsibilities Assist with the team's
social media accounts
on game days and during community appearances (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X). Collaborate with the Marketing department to execute and promote events. Attend weekly marketing meetings to understand social media and marketing needs. Create and post content that aligns with current trends. Ensure all
corporate sponsorship social media assets
are accounted for and delivered. Assist with
custom content development
for social media channels. Help manage social media accounts and grow audience engagement. Interpret insights to improve engagement, reach, and overall social media performance. Work with the Graphic Design team to create materials for social media, email campaigns, and the website. Maintain a cohesive brand presence across all channels. Assist other departments as needed.

Schedule:
Mid-April-Mid-September 2026 (50 home games; includes office hours, events, and community appearances). Compensation:
Up to $1,500 for the summer. Location:
Wisconsin Brewing Company Park, Oconomowoc, WI. Focus:
Gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and marketing for a professional sports organization.
